The Main function Employment opportunity GDIT Providing guidance, information and assistance in an inbound contact center environment to support individuals, families and businesses affected by recent events.
Requirements for the applicant
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to speak, read and write English and Spanish fluently.
- Internet access with 10 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed (not eligible for satellite Internet service).
- Ability to work remotely in a quiet environment free of distractions.
- Flexible work schedule and option to work any shift The program operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Experience with fax machines, computer software and telephone technology, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to successfully complete a GDIT pre-employment assessment, which includes a criminal background check and drug test.
- American citizenship.
- A resident of Texas and living within a reasonable distance (60 miles) of work in El Paso, TX.
Benefits
Salary varies between U$D 12.55 and U$D 20.84 per hour depending on experience, geographic location and potential contract requirements. This job is also available in Bossier City, Natchitoches and New Orleans.
